You may create an account using email and password, Telegram, Google, or other methods we support. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

FansHub is a creator platform where members can discover creators, view content, and purchase premium access or digital items (such as coins) according to features available on the Platform. We may update, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

Paid features, tips, premium unlocks, and coin balances are subject to the pricing and rules shown at checkout. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

• Purchases are generally final and non-refundable
• Coins and digital credits have no cash value outside the Platform
• Unused balances may be forfeited if your account is terminated for misconduct

You agree not to use FansHub to:

• Upload, share, or request illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or exploit others
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Bypass paywalls, security controls, or access restrictions
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may remove content and restrict access when we believe these rules have been violated.

Creators remain responsible for the content they publish and for securing any rights needed to display it. Content on FansHub is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing through the Platform unless a creator or FansHub expressly grants broader rights.

FansHub branding, software, design, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the Platform, no license is granted to you.

Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Content Removal process.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FansHub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

You may stop using FansHub at any time. We may suspend or end access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FansHub after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
